Lauren Ashli Launches Meadowood Entertainment Performance House

With years of performance training under her belt, Lauren Ashli’s path began in the world of movement. She later expanded her career into television and film production, working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where she learned the technical, creative, and collaborative skills that would lay the foundation for her next act: founding Meadowood Entertainment.

When Lauren founded Meadowood Entertainment in 2024, it marked the culmination of a journey she’d spent over a decade cultivating. Now she’s crafting immersive performance arts experiences that elevate artists and offer spaces for storytelling centered in movement and media fluency.

From dance rehearsals to film sets, working behind the scenes in creative leadership roles, Meadowood serves as a home base for projects that require intention, creativity, and a high level of execution, whether a music video, a visual campaign, or a live show. The company already has artists like Serayah under the belt and has produced shows for labels like LVRN, laying a strong foundation at its inception.

Meadowood grew out of Lauren’s understanding of what true excellence in performance looks like, and her background as both a performer and producer is clear in Meadowood’s offerings, which include:

Concept Development — Transforming early ideas into full creative visions
Creative Consultation — Offering strategic advice and insight for artistic clarity
Creative Direction — Leading the process from vision to final production
Movement Direction — Coaching natural, expressive movement for digital and live
Music Video Direction — Building narratives and aesthetics around a song’s energy
Live Performance Direction — Helping performers elevate their stage presence
Show Build-Out — Managing the logistics and artistry of full-scale productions

Lauren defines Meadowood as “Where Creativity Takes Center Stage,” a space to shape artistry and build emerging legacy. By pulling from her own journey in performance and production, she ensures Meadowood provides both creative opportunity and professional coaching, shaping how both emerging and experienced performance artists are seen.

Lauren’s trajectory demonstrates the power of stepping fully into creative authority, then using it to lift others. With bespoke services for artists and brands, and a growing youth program, she’s helping others shine, both on stage and on screen.

Beyond client services, Lauren is deeply invested in dual fluency in performance and production to aid her work as a creative director, movement guide, and mentor to the next generation. STAGE ONE, Meadowood’s private youth dance and performance program, is one of the brand’s most personal and powerful offerings for youth just beginning to explore their talents.

Designed for children ages 3–12, STAGE ONE focuses on ballet, jazz, and performance development, and is taught in-home, in local studios, or at community spaces. Students can join through private sessions or small group classes, each tailored to support self-expression, movement literacy, and confidence-building.

STAGE ONE is about more than technique, it’s about planting seeds of joy, discipline, and self-awareness through dance. For many families, STAGE ONE offers a unique blend of artistic training and personal development, taught by someone who has danced on stages and directed behind the scenes.

Lauren Ashli is curating an ecosystem where movement meets message, and where every project is an opportunity to express something meaningful. Whether she’s shaping a child’s early experience with dance or helping a music artist realize a visual concept, Lauren is centering artistry and intention.
