PRO MUA Brianna Roman Celebrates the Launch of Roman Cosmetics

There’s a distinct kind of joy that radiates through a room when a woman finally walks into a moment she’s been building towards for years. On Saturday, that joy was alive in every detail of the Roman Cosmetics official launch party.
At the center of it all was professional makeup artist Brianna Roman, a young founder whose passion for beauty has birthed a new cosmetic brand on the market. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Bri has loved playing in makeup since she was a child, and that love translated into a lucrative career doing makeup for others as Face Bully Productions.
As a beauty enthusiast and consumer herself, she got the idea to launch her own beauty brand. And like many entrepreneurs, Bri has worn many hats, developing, designing, and refining Roman Cosmetics in an effort to build a company without compromising on quality or integrity. She worked behind the scenes for over 2 years quietly laying the foundation for what is now a fully realized brand, and her patience and persistence paid off in the most fabulous way. Roman Cosmetics officially launched in February and the results speak for themselves.


Bri says the brand’s signature collection, The Revenge Collection, is about getting revenge on the version of you that doubted yourself. In a post she pens a letter, “For years, she let fear and hesitation hold her back – delaying the fruition of her destiny. She questioned her talent, her worth, and continuously told herself she wasn’t ready, that it wasn’t her time. With the Revenge Collection, I am reclaiming my power.”
She continues, “It’s not about proving anything to anyone else. I am silencing the voices-internal and external-that ever made me feel less than. l am stepping into the fullest, most unapologetic version of myself, while equipping you to do the same. With every shade and every pigment I want you to feel unstoppable. To feel like the most untouchable version of you. Because the real revenge? It’s showing up as the person you were always meant to be. So to every version of me that doubted herself, and to every person reading this who has ever questioned their own greatness-this is for us.”
The launch party was hosted in a beautifully curated venue adorned with luxe Roman Cosmetics branding. Every inch of the space was designed to make guests feel celebrated and it was all thanks to the incredible work of Black women owned businesses who powered the night.
Brand design agency More Media, led by Jael Harris, was behind every detail of Roman Cosmetics’ identity. From logo to packaging, campaign strategy to launch visuals, More Media helped Bri bring the brand to life along with its signature collection, Revenge. Meanwhile, Frantastic Events handled the event design, transforming the venue into an immersive community space.
