Fitness Founder Natalee Barnett is Launching A Women’s Only Gym

At just 26 years old, fitness influencer Natalee Barnett is taking her brand to the next level with the launch of a women’s-only gym in South West London, The Girls Spot.
For the past four-ish years, Natalee has been balancing her fitness career while working to raise capital for her dream gym. While successful at some level of fundraising, she decided to take matters into her own hands, investing £50,000 of her own money to bring The Girls Spot to life.
Adding to her entrepreneur journey, Natalee gave birth just seven months ago. Balancing new motherhood with a new business, she’s an example to women everywhere to chase their dreams and invest in themselves at any stage in life.

The Girls Spot offers a mix of in-person and online classes, and the space will feature a range of workouts from body sculpting to boxing to Pilates and more. It’s designed to be a safe space for women to prioritize their fitness journeys without intimidation or discomfort, but Natalee has stirred up quite the controversy for her decision to only allow cis women into the space.
“The Girls Spot is not an agenda against men, it’s about the safety and protection of women.”
Now, with an opening set for this Spring, the waitlist is open and The Girls Spot is generating major buzz, drawing interest from women eager to be part of a fitness community designed just for them. In just 48 hours, over 5,000 registrations were submitted to the waitlist, and that number continues to grow.
