DIAHNI: A Woman Owned Lifestyle Brand Redefining Cannabis Culture

Lifestyle brand DIAHNI celebrates creativity, functionality, and above all, advocacy.
Co-Founders Diagèt and Imahni‘s vision for DIAHNI is rooted in unity a concept reflected in the very name of the brand. As Imahni explains, “DIAHNI is a fusion of my business partner’s and my name, taking the first three letters from hers (Diagèt) and the last three letters from mine (Imahni).”

At the heart of DIAHNI’s mission lies a commitment to redefining the narrative surrounding cannabis. This especially rings true for women and mothers who use cannabis.
Imahni spoke on this and said, “Personally, I view cannabis more as an herb than a drug…I find myself more attentive, less stressed, and able to focus on my son better. It’s essential for people to educate themselves about different strains and their effects. At DIAHNI, we emphasize ‘use, don’t abuse.’ We aim to educate individuals about the herb and its versatile applications.”
She continues, “Cannabis can be transformed into lotions for pain relief, offering benefits beyond consumption…Using it cautiously is crucial, considering individual differences and the potential presence of unnatural substances, similar to what happens with our food.”
When asked about being a mother who balances entrepreneurship and parenting, Imahni had this to say: “Balancing work and parenting requires intentional time management. I designate specific days each week solely for my son…Supporting his interests and managing my own career is not easy at all. So time management and prioritizing rest are crucial.”

Despite being rooted in Atlanta, the brand is expanding its reach. “As Atlanta hasn’t legalized cannabis yet, we reached out to states where it is legal, collaborating with individuals aligned with our goals. Thankfully, those we contacted not only appreciated our products but also invited us to vend at events, providing an opportunity to meet people and introduce our product.” This proactive approach reflects DIAHNI’s ambition to reach new audiences and create meaningful connections.

DIAHNI’s top-selling products include the ‘Ultimate Hitter,’ a handheld bong, and ‘Girls Best Friend,’ a beautifully sized and substantial multifunctional Diamond that can serve as an ashtray, paperweight, or a decorative piece for jewelry.
Imahni’s personal favorite piece is the customizable healing tray, crafted with unique natural healing crystals, each piece is distinct, making it a truly beautiful addition.
When asked how DIAHNI approaches the design process to ensure that each piece serves both aesthetic and functional purposes, Imahni advised that they conduct thorough product testing, rigorously evaluating their products for months before their release. Additionally, they engage external testers to ensure functionality and user-friendliness across diverse user profiles.

In envisioning the future of DIAHNI, Imahni paints a picture of strategic forward-thinking. “We envision establishing cannabis lounges in several locations. These spaces will provide individuals with a place to work, enjoy cannabis in all different ways, and explore non-cannabis options. Memberships will offer exclusive access to our VIP areas for an enhanced experience,” she says. This vision encapsulates the essence of DIAHNI, a brand that aims to create immersive spaces for exploration and community.
But DIAHNI isn’t content with merely challenging stereotypes, they’re actively engaged in community outreach and social impact initiatives. “We are currently establishing a non-profit dedicated to giving back to children and families, focusing on education in areas such as health, wealth literacy, and more.” Presently, they actively engage in events and panels to address pressing issues and their involvement in community service allows them to connect and collaborate with others.
DIAHNI has a presence in several corner stores in Chelsea, NY, Wyllow in Beverly Hills, and Social House in Atlanta, GA. With continuous expansion, follow @shopdiahni to stay informed as they frequently add new products and host pop-up shops across various states and countries.
