Q has always been many things: a singer, a storyteller, a marketing mind, a multidimensional creative. But in the quiet space of reinvention and rebirth, she’s stepped into her truest role yet: a spiritual guide helping others heal as a means to their success.

Now, through her newly launched consulting practice APOTHEQUERY, Q is offering consulting services to help others build lives based on alignment.

“Welcome to my APOTHEQUERY,” she wrote in an Instagram introduction. “A healing practice offering Spiritual Life Coaching, Organization and Reiki. When vision is clear, strategy is easy; so let’s get it done!”

Q has spent more than 10 years navigating the creative marketing side of the music industry, building campaigns, shaping visions, and supporting major artists from behind the scenes. But something deeper was stirring beneath the surface, something for which she’s held sacred space.

“I’ve always known myself as having a deeper knowing of the life experience,” she shared. “A decade of working in the entertainment industry crept on me, and I started to ask what my true contribution to the collective was.”

The answer arrived through a spiritual experience. In March 2023, Q discovered she was pregnant, and one day after deciding to keep her love child, she was let go from her job. The timing was divine and that moment provided her all the confirmation she needed to walk a different path.

Through APOTHEQUERY, Q supports clients in identifying internal blockages, releasing resistance, and organizing their lives around their most authentic vision. Her work blends spiritual life coaching, energy healing (Reiki), and strategic organization, a rare and intentional mix for self-realization.

Whether helping a client map their next creative move or unpack the energetic root of burnout, Q’s guidance is grounded in TOTEMS, her own spiritual framework for holistic enlightenment promoting high regard for life, accountability, gratitude, and a return to personal truth.

“Pure Life is energy flow,” she explains. “By identifying (unconscious) blockages and resistance on the spiritual plane, we’re able to guide conscious success.”

As a proud member of the Ramapough Lenape Nation, Q calls herself the Ramapough Lenape Mountain Princess, a title that carries ancestral weight and spiritual authority. Her practice honors the earth, spirit, and the unseen, all core elements of her cultural lineage.
