Daniela Posso is Building a Brand Stack for Multifaceted Women
Daniela Posso is the founder of Posso Athletica, an athleticwear brand, and the voice behind Hersatility, a non-niched podcast that resists categorization.
At first glance, Posso Athletica and Hersatility may appear to serve different purposes—one physical, one conversational—but they’re actually connected.
Together, these platforms form an ecosystem that reflects how Daniela lives her life: layered, evolving, and unapologetically multifaceted.

Posso Athletica is manufactured in Colombia, South America, Daniela’s way of giving back to her heritage while also providing quality fabrics.
The athleisure brand was created to support women in motion, whether that’s in the gym, running errands, or moving through the everyday demands of life. The brand is as much about how women feel as how they perform, prioritizing comfort and confidence.
Posso is an Italian word that translates to “I CAN,” a belief on which the brand has been built.

Hersatility, on the other hand, is where women get to speak freely.
The podcast is intentionally non-niched, offering conversations that mirror the real inner lives of women and their experiences with identity, growth, femininity, ambition, relationships, and more. It’s reflective and honest in a way that feels less like content and more like community.

As a Colombian-American founder, Daniela is very aware of the importance of representation, especially in wellness, entrepreneurship, and media spaces where Latina voices can often be underrepresented or stereotyped. Her work doesn’t rely on loud declarations of identity, but instead on consistent presence. She shows up as herself, as thoughtful, stylish, disciplined, ambitious, and in doing so, expands what Latina leadership can look like; a reminder that women don’t need to compress themselves.
Posso Athletica is available online at possoathletica.com.
Hersatility is now in its second season, airing on YouTube.
