Mazula Scarves Prepares to Launch Traditional Treasures Collection

When model Azula first began dreaming of her own fashion brand, she knew one thing for sure: it had to mean something. Not just to her, but to the women who would create it and wear it. “I never wanted to sell something that doesn’t match to me and my values,” she says. “It was really hard to find the perfect product. Something that has a deep love and story behind it.”

That search eventually led to what would become her defining signature: Mazula Scarves.

Scarves have always held a sacred place in women’s wardrobes around the world. Worn for elegance, function, modesty, identity, or sheer flair, scarves have told silent stories for centuries. For Azula, it felt like fate. “I stopped searching and it found me,” she reflects. “The first moment I saw the scarf, I knew this is what I was looking for the whole time. Each of them unique, like we are.”

As a model and influencer, Azula is no stranger to style. She’s lived a life in front of the lens, and even at the height of visibility, she had a desire to build something that was a true reflection and representation of herself. “I was always on my own in the past, proving no one but myself that I can achieve everything I set to my mind. I did and never thought about failing.”

Her words reflect generations of women choosing self definition over external validation. She created Mazula as an offering, an ode to elegance, femininity, and the slow rhythms of craft. Now, she prepares to release the first collection, Traditional Treasures Collection, consisting of 32 items.

This collection features original Oyali Yemeni scarves, which are traditional Turkish cotton headscarves with hand-crocheted edges. These pieces have traditionally been handmade by women in rural villages and this collection honors the women who create these scarves and the cultural heritage they carry.

Mazula Scarves

Mazula Scarves is committed to slow fashion values and heritage work. Each scarf is crafted with intention and inspired by women artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Even before launch, Mazula’s content is captivating social media. Azula has been softly teasing the line with posts showcasing scarf-tying techniques, lifestyle inspiration, and her personal connection to the craft. Her message: “Divine women wear Mazula.”

Scarves have always carried stories. They are worn across cultures and faiths. They are tied to rituals, ceremonies, and rites of passage. They have been symbols of status, tools of resistance, and statements of style. Azula is honoring that legacy. Each Mazula piece feels like a tribute to mothers and matriarchs, to old worlds and new beginnings, to the sacred art of beauty. For Azula, scarves have become the medium through which she could connect her personal values with her public platform.

And rather than rushing to sell, Azula is first building community. Anticipation is high for the launch of Mazula and the first collection will feature a range of signature scarves, handmade in limited quantities. Each piece will be sold through a limited release, with priority access going to those who sign up in advance. She’s currently collecting email sign-ups to notify her growing audience when the scarves officially drop. In doing so, she’s inviting people to become part of the brand’s journey.

Azula’s story is a reminder that the future of fashion is personal. It’s not about churning out product, it’s about crafting pieces that reflect who you are and what you value. As the fashion world wakes up to the importance of sustainability, heritage, and slow consumption, women like Azula are already a step ahead, building brands not just for profit, but for purpose.
