Candice Craig is Turning Pain into Power, Shares Her Journey with PCOS

Candice Craig is no stranger to the spotlight. She’s danced on world tours with icons like Pitbull and Nicki Minaj, built a thriving personal brand, and carved out a creative career on her own terms.

But these days, she’s taking center stage for a different reason, bringing awareness to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and empowering women to take control of their health.

PCOS is a hormonal disorder that impacts millions of women, causing everything from irregular periods to mood swings, weight gain, and excess hair growth.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed by doctors or frustrated by generic advice, you’re not alone. Candice has been there too. After consulting multiple physicians and still not knowing how to manage symptoms, she knew she had to dig deeper. So, she took matters into her own hands.

Living with PCOS: Road to Reversal is Candice’s gift to the world, a guide packed with insights and methods for other women struggling to manage PCOS. She’s touching on everything from nutrition and recipes to workouts and lifestyle changes that helped her not only manage her symptoms but also achieve one of her biggest dreams—becoming a mom.

And she’s still using dance as a way to express, heal, and build community. She created Move Through It, a dance class series. Each class explores a different theme, blending movement with mindfulness to create a space for both self-expression and healing.

On Friday, February 7th, in Los Angeles, Candice is hosting a special Galentine’s edition of Move Through It, celebrating sisterhood and self-love through dance.
