We are not a volume-driven publication, nor are we in pursuit of fleeting attention. Our work is rooted in thoughtful storytelling and careful curation—spotlighting women whose work reflects depth, discernment, and cultural impact. Each feature is an entry point into a broader ecosystem designed to move women forward in tangible ways.
Through our platform, founders and builders are not only seen, but meaningfully supported—through referrals, strategic connections, and opportunities that extend far beyond a single moment of exposure.

Queens At Work is not in competition with traditional media, nor does it aim to replicate it. Our approach is closer to social journalism: documenting the women shaping culture in real time, while placing them within a framework that honors the weight of their work.

HISTORY
Queens At Work began as a mentoring program in Clayton County, Georgia that connected accomplished career women with middle school girls, both in and out of school.
With a vision to bring awareness to more positive examples of womanhood for impressionable young minds, the mission was to create a space to nurture those minds as a community.
Though the mentoring program is currently on hiatus, the spirit of mentorship remains. We are committed to one day reinstating and evolving the program, infusing it with renewed vigor and purpose.
